Andy was terrific to work with!
He kept track of deadlines and was very responsive to our questions. Our only complaint was that there was ALOT of garbage/trash left behind necessitating us to get a dumpster to clean it up. Also, the house was filthy. The floor may have been swept, but there was crusted food in the oven, clumps of dried up hair (size of SOS pad) on the shower wall, refrigerator with dried food and juice/meat liquid inside, etc. We were told the trash would be removed and that the house should be clean to broom swept standard. They were still removing personal belongings when we had our walk through. While we would not have wanted to delay closing any further, it was disappointing to find the garbage outside not removed and the house so filthy. Thank you!
